Nervous system regulation workshop

01
What your team gets
- An understanding of how stress works in the body (heart rate, muscle tension, sleep), explained plainly, without jargon or psychologising.
- A few 1–3 minute practices they can use at the desk, before a presentation or after a difficult meeting.
- Ways to come down from tension after work and in the evening, so it is easier to fall asleep.
- A shared experience open to everyone, whatever their age, fitness or yoga experience.
02
What it is based on
The practices rest on well-described mechanisms: slow breathing with a longer exhale slows the heart rate and lowers arousal, and short movement releases the muscles that tighten with long sitting and stress. No promises of miracles. Sources for the exercises are in the knowledge base (in Polish).
Agnieszka is not a psychologist or a doctor. The workshop complements, and does not replace, specialist help and employee assistance programmes (EAP).
03
Formats
Length, group size and programme are tailored to your company and the occasion.
Online webinar
For remote and distributed teams. How stress works and practices at the desk, no mats and no changing clothes.
Workshop in your office
In a meeting room or a room with mats. Breathing, movement, releasing tension and a short relaxation at the end.
Series for a team
Several shorter sessions, one a week, so the practice becomes a habit rather than a one-off event.
Health day, offsite, retreat
The workshop as part of a wellbeing day, team event or company retreat, anywhere in Poland.
Leadership team
A session for people who lead others and work under pressure: stress, decisions, sleep and recovery.
International teams
Agnieszka runs workshops fluently in English and has worked in international teams in Malta.

What happens in the workshop
- 01
How the nervous system works: stress mode and rest mode, in plain language.
- 02
Breathing that slows the heart rate, and short calming exercises.
- 03
Movement for the places that hold most tension at work: neck, shoulders, jaw.
- 04
A short relaxation at the end.
- 05
Everyday practices: small tasks to try at work and at home.
05
Sample plan: a 90-minute workshop
A 45–60 minute webinar is a shorter version of the same plan. The programme is tailored to the team and the occasion.
0–15 min
How stress works in the body, mobilisation mode and rest mode.
15–40 min
Breathing that slows the heart rate: two or three techniques to do at the desk.
40–65 min
Movement for the neck, shoulders and jaw, on a chair or standing.
65–80 min
Winding down and a practice for the evening, before sleep.
80–90 min
A plan for the working day and questions.
06
Logistics
- On site anywhere in Poland, or online.
- An office version in everyday clothes with no mats, or practice on mats if the room allows.
- In English or Polish.
- VAT invoice issued in Poland.
07
Safe for everyone
This is not therapy or a psychology training. Nobody has to talk about themselves or their health, and every exercise has a gentler version or can be skipped. For more serious difficulties, such as burnout or anxiety disorders, the workshop can complement specialist support but does not replace it.
Start with one session
You don't need to commit to a series. Start with one 45–60 minute webinar or a 90-minute workshop. After a short call you get a proposed programme and a quote you can pass on.

01Who runs stress management workshops for companies?
Agnieszka Praga (Prazina). She teaches people to move from stress back to calm with breath and movement, using Neuro Yoga, and runs stress management workshops for teams and companies across Poland and online, in English or Polish. Before teaching she worked for years in an international company in Malta.
02Can the workshop be in English?
Yes. Agnieszka runs workshops fluently in English, so they work for international teams.
03Do you come to our office?
Yes, anywhere in Poland. The workshop can also run online for remote and distributed teams.
04Do we need a room with mats?
No. There is an office version in everyday clothes with no mats. If you have a room and mats, practice on the mat can be added.
05Can you issue a VAT invoice?
Yes, workshops for companies are invoiced with a Polish VAT invoice.
06Do participants need yoga experience?
No. The exercises suit every level and each one has a gentler version.
07Is this therapy?
No. It is a practical workshop about stress, breathing and movement. Nobody has to talk about their health. For more serious difficulties it can complement specialist support but does not replace it.
08How much does a workshop cost?
The quote depends on the format, length, number of people and location. Tell me how many people, where and when, and I will send a proposed programme with a quote.
